El Molino Blanco was Founded in the 1990´S
El Molino Blanco restaurant is located in the first class tourist area of Adeje, in the South of Tenerife. This fantastic restaurant serves excellent barbequed meat based dishes and typical Canarian recipes in a pleasant environment with top quality service.
The restaurant professionals use the best quality products so that they can offer a varied menu of dishes and tapas specializing in roast dishes. They have also carefully selected the best local Tenerife wine along with wine from abroad.
For more than 500 years one of the staple foods of the Canary Islands has been a milled flour known as gofio, ground in windmills that at one time peppered the islands.
Few working mills now remain.
